LOCAL ACTION PLAN
By putting together
an action plan local districts will be more readily able to assist homeless students, not
only with enrollment but also with the coordination of services, and ultimately their
academic success. Below is a sample worksheet which your district can adapt to best
meed the needs of homeless students.
